Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy consists of meeting for a minimum of once per week for a 50-minute in-person appointment. Once we’ve worked together for a bit, we may decide that meeting more frequently is appropriate.

People seek Individual Therapy to work on specific issues (like feeling anxious or depressed) but many people come to therapy to understand themselves better and to find their authentic self. What we spend on our time on in session is entirely up to you and what you talk about, my role is to help you identify themes and patterns that may contribute to your dissatisfaction.
